How to claim?

To receive the discount, you will need to do the following:

Step 1

Email help@melitta.co.uk requesting a Teacher or Education Worker discount.

In your email include proof of qualification for the discount (e.g valid photocard ID, official email account, etc). Providing us with proof will allow us to process your enquiry quicker.

Step 2

One of our friendly team will email you back a unique discount code.

Step 3

Shop as normal on the Melitta website.

Step 4

At checkout, before entering your payment information, tick the box that says "I have a voucher code".

Step 5

Enter the unique code that was emailed to you in the voucher code field and the 20% discount will be applied automatically.
