Order Cancellation & Refunds

Consumers are entitled to the cancellation rights as outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Supply.

Cancellation policy

You can withdraw an order by telling us before the Contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability. Contract is made from the point of order dispatch.

To do this please contact our team by calling 0800 028 8002*. Our team is available Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays. We will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible, but in any event no later than 14 days after the date of you withdrawing your Order.

When contract is made, unwanted goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact our customer service team on 0800 028 8002. Our team is available Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays. Our customer service team will arrange with you the return of unwanted goods.

As a Consumer you have a statutory right to cancel your Contract with us up to 14 days after the Goods come into your physical possession.  You may cancel your Contract and return the Goods to us for any reason under this right. More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Supply.

Please return unwanted goods in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging in good condition), with all labels still attached within 14 days of receipt of the Good.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is required that you send the notice of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period, which is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Information regarding your cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the most favourable standard delivery we offer) will be returned immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your goods being returned to us reaches us.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We will not process the refund until we have received the goods back unless otherwise agreed.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

Your right to cancellation is covered in our Terms and Conditions of Sale under clause 8 ‘Your right to cancel if you change your mind’.

General information about returns

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return the goods to us without notifying our customer service team. This will run the risk of us not being able to assign your returned goods to your order on our system and delay your refund.
