Water tank with LED lighting
In addition to an easy to read water level indicator, the transparent water tank also has practical LED lighting. It is activated automatically when the water is poured in and therefore helps you measure the required amount of water.
Flavour-preserving warm-keeping
This coffee machine is equipped with two separate heating elements. A powerful 1,470 watts ensures fast water heating. An additional 55 watts ensures that the coffee is kept warm while preserving its flavour. At the end of the individually programmable keep-warm time (30, 60 or 90 minutes), the appliance switches off automatically to ensure economical and safe operation.
Integrated descaling program
Regular descaling is important to ensure that the coffee machine works perfectly, gives you the best coffee flavour and has a long life. This coffee machine has a practical limescale indicator and an integrated descaling program.
Filter with drip stop
The removable size 1x4® filter holder has an integrated drip stop. This prevents the coffee from dripping onto the keep-warm plate when removing the jug.

A great cup of coffee, but....
This machine make a great cup of coffee and no mistake it beats my other machine hands down in that regard. It is very easy to use and although brief, the instructions are easy to follow.
However, the filter part is made from very flimsy plastic as is the lid and it feels like that was an after thought compared to the quality of the rest of the machine. The water distributor at the top has to be assembled by the user and even when its on properly, it moves slightly when touched/ you are taking the filter part out to refill. The rest of the machine is excellent quality.
Its a shame these parts don`t quite match what I would expect from what I consider a premium product. A slightly different mechanism on the filter and better quality plastic and this would be an unquestionable must buy.
