3. How Our Services Meet Accessibility Requirements

We strive to comply with WCAG 2.2 conformance levels A and AA. Compliance is assessed through automated, manual and assistive-technology tests (self-assessment), following the four principles of accessibility:

3.1 Perceptibility

  • Text alternatives for non-text content (images, graphics)
  • Content adaptable for different presentations
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
  • Subtitles or transcripts for audio and video content

3.2 Usability

  • All functions operable via keyboard
  • Adequate time provided to read and interact with content
  • No content that may trigger seizures
  • Clear navigation and orientation aids

3.3 Comprehensibility

  • Readable, easy-to-understand text
  • Predictable website behaviour
  • Error prevention and correction support

3.4 Robustness

  • Compatibility with current and future user agents
  • Standards-compliant coding practices

4. Non-accessible Content

The following content currently does not fully meet accessibility requirements:

  • Operating instructions (PDFs): Older manuals are exempt as archive documents but will be replaced progressively; alternative formats are available on request.
  • Legacy product images: Some archive images lack descriptive alt text; we are adding these continuously.
  • Chatbot: An accessible version is in development; alternative contact channels are offered in the meantime.
  • Temporary campaign pages: Informational pages without purchase options may not yet be fully accessible; essential information is always available on accessible shop pages.
  • Embedded third-party videos: Full accessibility cannot be guaranteed; we encourage providers to supply accessible media.

5. Feedback & Contact
