We deliver only to the United Kingdom. This excludes the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

The following shipping rates apply:

• For an order value of £50.00 and over, delivery is free of charge.
• For orders below £50,00, delivery costs of £3.95 will apply.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, but during busy times, please allow longer.

Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. DPD will contact you with information about your delivery via text or email.

Where the supply of your goods or services is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, we will make every effort to keep you informed, but we shall be under no liability to you for such delay.

Returns 

If you are returning your item 

• Due to a fault or for a warranty repair, we will cover the shipping cost for this.
• Due to a change of mind, the item must be unused and the customer bears responsibility to cover return shipping costs.
